The buyer is solely responsible for confirming the legal status of SR17018 and any other product in the buyer’s jurisdiction before purchase, receipt, possession, handling, storage, transportation, testing, use, or disposal.
Two Dragons SR does not intend, authorize, approve, endorse, or permit any use of SR17018, or any product sold by Two Dragons SR, that would cause the product to be treated as a controlled substance, controlled substance analogue, drug, dietary supplement, medical product, consumer product, or unlawful product under the Controlled Substances Act, the Controlled Substance Analogue Enforcement Act, the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act, or any other applicable law.
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that products sold by Two Dragons SR are not intended for human consumption and are not sold, marketed, labeled, advertised, represented, or distributed by Two Dragons SR for any purpose that would bring them within the human-consumption provisions of the Controlled Substance Analogue Enforcement Act, including 21 U.S.C. § 802(32) and 21 U.S.C. § 813.
The buyer further acknowledges that marketing, labeling, advertising, buyer statements, order notes, communications, requested-use information, and surrounding facts may be considered by authorities when determining intended use. Any buyer statement, request, order note, communication, or conduct suggesting human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, resale, redistribution, modification, or other prohibited use may result in order cancellation, refusal of service, preservation of records, and restriction of future sales.

The buyer acknowledges that products offered by Two Dragons SR have not been tested by Two Dragons SR for safety or efficacy in food, drug, medical-device, cosmetic, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, agricultural, consumer, commercial, or any other non-research application.
Two Dragons SR does not provide medical advice, treatment advice, dosing information, administration guidance, harm-reduction protocols, withdrawal guidance, pain-management guidance, addiction-treatment guidance, compounding instructions, formulation instructions, or instructions for any human or animal use.

By placing an order, the buyer represents and warrants that the buyer is a qualified research professional, a qualified laboratory, a research institution, an authorized representative of a qualified research entity, or a qualified individual with the knowledge, training, facilities, equipment, and legal authority necessary to purchase, receive, possess, handle, store, transport, test, and use the products ordered strictly for lawful laboratory research purposes.

Two Dragons SR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, limit, hold, review, or restrict any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse, unlawful use, unsafe handling, resale, redistribution, human or animal use, incomplete information, suspicious information, false information, unverifiable buyer qualification, or lack of buyer qualification.
Two Dragons SR may request additional verification before processing or shipping any order. Failure or refusal to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation.

The buyer expressly represents and warrants that no product purchased from Two Dragons SR, and no material, preparation, mixture, finished product, derivative, or other item made with or from any product purchased from Two Dragons SR, shall be adulterated, mis-branded, unlawfully labeled, unlawfully marketed, unlawfully distributed, or introduced or delivered for introduction into interstate commerce in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, including but not limited to 21 U.S.C. § 331, 21 U.S.C. § 352, 21 U.S.C. § 355, or any other applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
The buyer further agrees that products purchased from Two Dragons SR shall not be used, processed, packaged, labeled, promoted, marketed, distributed, transferred, resold, or introduced into interstate commerce as or in connection with any food, drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, medical device, veterinary product, consumer product, or commercial end-use product.
Two Dragons SR does not authorize, approve, endorse, or permit any modification, repackaging, relabeling, redistribution, resale, transfer, consumer use, human use, animal use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or non-research use of its products.
The buyer is solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, rules, regulations, restrictions, and requirements, including but not limited to laws and regulations administered by the FDA, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”), U.S. Department of Transportation (“DOT”), U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and any other applicable regulatory authority.
If the buyer becomes aware of any law, regulation, restriction, enforcement action, scheduling action, import restriction, export restriction, or regulatory change that may affect the sale, shipment, possession, handling, storage, transportation, testing, use, or disposal of any product offered by Two Dragons SR, the buyer agrees to immediately notify Two Dragons SR.
All products purchased from Two Dragons SR must be handled only by qualified, trained, and legally authorized individuals using appropriate facilities, equipment, procedures, protective measures, and safety controls.
By purchasing any product, the buyer acknowledges that hazards may be associated with the handling, storage, transportation, testing, use, and disposal of the product. Any testing information provided by Two Dragons SR, including identification, potency, purity, or certificate of analysis information, is provided for informational and quality-control purposes only. All products have been first tested by manufacturer and then by an FDA certified lab for accuracy of results. We sell as pure of products as we have available with accuracy. The finest available.
Manufacturer certificates of analysis may be provided upon request. However, the buyer remains solely responsible for independently verifying the identity, purity, potency, suitability, legality, safety, and regulatory status of any product before use in a laboratory setting which would be a redundancy.
The buyer agrees that the buyer will properly test, inspect, store, handle, and use all products purchased from Two Dragons SR in accordance with the practices of a reasonable and qualified expert in the appropriate scientific field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
No product description, certificate of analysis, purity statement, potency statement, image, or other product information shall be interpreted as approval, authorization, or confirmation that a product is suitable for any non-research use.
The buyer understands that products offered by Two Dragons SR may or may not be listed on the Toxic Substances Control Act (“TSCA”) Inventory and may be subject to regulatory restrictions, exemptions, reporting obligations, import/export limitations, record-keeping requirements, or other legal requirements.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for determining whether any product purchased from Two Dragons SR is approved, exempt, restricted, reportable, or otherwise regulated under TSCA or any other applicable law or regulation.
The buyer is solely responsible for determining whether any notice, reporting, exemption, import, export, storage, use, disposal, or record-keeping obligation applies to the buyer’s purchase, possession, receipt, handling, testing, use, or disposal of any product.
The listing, sale, or description of any product, chemical, compound, or material on this website does not constitute a license, authorization, recommendation, or encouragement to use that product in a manner that would infringe upon any patent, trademark, intellectual property right, law, regulation, or third-party right.
The buyer is solely responsible for determining whether the buyer’s intended purchase, possession, handling, use, testing, research, or disposal of any product may implicate any intellectual property rights, regulatory restrictions, or third-party claims.

If any buyer modifies, repackages, relabels, redistributes, resells, transfers, uses as a starting material, uses as a component of another product, or incorporates any product purchased from Two Dragons SR into any other material, the buyer does so without authorization from Two Dragons SR and assumes full responsibility and liability for verifying the identity, purity, potency, safety, legality, suitability, labeling, and regulatory status of the product and any resulting material.
Two Dragons SR does not provide, approve, or endorse instructions for human use, animal use, medical use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, dosing, administration, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, compounding, formulation for consumption, or any other prohibited or non-research use.
Any request for prohibited-use information may result in refusal of service, cancellation of an order, restriction of future sales, and preservation of relevant communications or order records.
Two Dragons SR reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict quantities, request additional verification, or decline future sales to any person or entity at its sole discretion.
This includes, without limitation, any buyer who provides incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, suspicious, or false information; appears unqualified; requests prohibited-use information; suggests human or animal use; suggests medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or consumer use; suggests resale or redistribution; requests unusual shipping arrangements; refuses verification; or otherwise indicates potential misuse, unsafe use, or unlawful use.
Two Dragons SR may preserve order details, communications, checkout acknowledgments, payment records, IP-related order information, shipping information, and other transaction records for compliance, fraud prevention, chargeback defense, legal protection, and business recordkeeping purposes. After a transaction is completed all data will be deleted within a reasonable time after order has been completed as Two Dragons SR is under no obligation to keep records for an unscheduled research chemical, explicitly stated for the usages here.

Risk of loss may transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by law, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If it is a mail carrier used who has lost a parcel, the parcel will be either refunded or shipped at no extra cost to the customer. We will ensure you receive it.
Two Dragons SR will only reship a product that has not been delivered due to a postal carrier mistake or was undelivered. Any mistake on the customer side may warrant some grace from Two Dragons SR, but it is up to the customer to ensure their information for delivery is correct.

All customer information is destroyed once the order has been verified as delivered and the customer has received their product. This information besides accounts that have been created will be deleted within 2-4 weeks. In the future we may offer rewards on orders in which case an account will have to be created.
